Yes, items ordered at a goal will be shipped in one package.
An exception is made where order is large.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Request to return products is to be sent within 30 days after reception.
Wrongly processed order and damaged products may be returned.
Damaged products will be analyzed to identify point of damage whether from our end or otherwise.
If you received a different products from what you ordered, you can send a request for an exchange.
Correct order will be processed and shipped to you as soon as possible.
Kindly send a picture of the package as received to us via WhatsApp or any of our social media pages.
We will analyze and communicate with you on exchange possibilities.
